Old Pete is a 1929 Pirsch fire engine and was built by Peter Pirsch & Sons in Kenosha, WI. Old Pete was the Fire District's very first motorized fire engine. It was restored in 1986 and the motor was rebuilt in 1990. Today, Old Pete is used as a parade vehicle and in special events and ceremonies.
