When people dial 911, they are usually having a really bad day - many times, the worst day of their lives. Our crews realize that and have one set of goals in mind - do what we can to save lives, minimize suffering, conserve property and protect the environment.
To this end, we are at a state of constant readiness to respond - through training, preventive maintenance and having the equipment we need, where we need it to respond efficiently and effectively!
